Anita T. Manchello Petrilli (nee Cipriani) was 98 years young when she passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 24, 2022.  She lived out her final years at Brightview Senior Living in Marlton, NJ.  At Brightview, Anita could be found in a Zumba class, partaking in dice and card games, watching movies, keeping the staff on their toes, and living her best life.

Anita was born in Hershey, PA and most of her uncles and grandfather worked for Hershey.  Maybe being born in Hershey, chocolate was in her blood.  She loved, loved chocolate.  She would even put it in her coffee.  At her stay in Brightview, she was known for her chocolate milk consumption.

She is predeceased by her parents, Louis and Caterina Cipriani and Louis Q Cipriani, her brother, recently by her sister-in-law, Rosa Cipriani, and both husbands.

Anita lived with her husband Michael Manchello in Camden and then Pennsauken, with her four children, L. Bonnie (Anthony), Michael (Nancy), Louis (Dolores), and Donna (Dave) Rahme.  In addition to Anita's four children, she had nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, along with many grand dogs and cats.

Anita enjoyed spending time at the racetrack, casinos, playing cards, listening to music, but her main love was dancing.  She was an excellent cook, and she also would sew most of her own clothes.

In her sixties, Anita married Augustine (Auggie) Petrilli and resided in Cinnaminson until 2020, when she moved to Brightview.  Anita and Auggie spent their days playing cards, going to the casino, and traveling.  But mostly, they were avid dancers and spent many hours dancing the night away.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate a mass of Christian burial on October 15, 2022 at 10:00AM in St Peter Church 43 W. Maple Avenue, Merchantville, NJ, 08109.  Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery 2398 West Marlton Pike, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.  Following the interment all are invited to Il Villaggio Restaurant 211 Haddonfield-Berlin Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034
