Charles J. Foster 84, of Glenn Mills, Pa, formerly of West Deptford, passed away peacefully on July 4,2023.  Charlie was the beloved husband to Mary (nee Deery) and the late Margaret.  He is also survived by his loving daughter Joann Langford (Gary) and John Schilp (Yolanda), grandchildren; Ellison Langford, Kemper Langford Gable (Davia) and Foster Langford, and 2 great grandchildren; Estelle Gable and Ainsley Gable.  He will be missed by his brother Stephen Foster (Mary).  Charlie was also predeceased by his two children, Lynn Mary Foster and Charles "Chuck" Foster.

Charlie was born and raised in Camden New Jersey.  He was a devoted husband and father. He and Mary just celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary.  He was a devout Catholic. He attended daily mass and was an active member in the Knights of Columbus Organization Council #13259.  He devoted a lot of his spare time to delivering for "Meals on Wheels", working with St John's Hospice, and volunteering for many other charitable events.

Charlie was also referred to as "Chuckles" and those who knew him, remember him for his sense of humor and being a "Practical Joker".  He took great pride in telling everyone he was "a Straight Shooter" and a "Saint" (with a straight face).  He loved to play golf, poker and more golf.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Tuesday, July 11, 2023, beginning at 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM in Infant Jesus Parish St. Margaret's Church, 334 Beech Ave, Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097.  Mass of Christan Burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM.  Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery 2398 West Marlton Pike, Cherry Hill NJ 08002 In lieu of flowers family request donations be made to the Knights of Columbus Council # 13259 (St. Margaret's)
