On March 3, 2021, age 85, of Pennsauken, NJ. He was the beloved husband of Ruth (nee Gerst) and loving father of Daniel, Jr. (Tony), Mary Ellen (John) Vincent, Karen (Mark) Ratti, and Mark (Nancy). He is also survived by six grandsons Mark (Jamie) Ratti, John (Abbey) Vincent, Matthew Ratti, Brian Vincent, Nicholas Neel and Joshua Neel. Mr. Neel loved the Phillies and enjoyed surfing the internet. He was also a US Army veteran.
