Debra Ann Willis of Clementon, born December 8, 1956 passed away unexpected on March 22, 2022 at Cooper Hospital.  She was 65.  Born in Camden, NJ; the daughter of the late Donald Willis and Rose Allen (Williams).

She is survived by her loving children Edward Rastelli III (Jennifer) and Zachary Schafer (Julie); grandchildren Alayah (Chris), Taylor, Hailey, Zachary and Zavannah; great grandchildren Kylie and Mia; brother Deke (Rachel) and a host of nieces and nephews.

Debra was a foster parent for the Division of Youth Family Services of Camden County for over 20 years where she fostered and adopted numerous children throughout those years and touched so many people's lives by doing so; often times becoming the only parental figure for many of them.  Until the day of her passing many have been a vital part of her life.  They always knew no matter what happened or where life took them, they always had a home with her and throughout the years many have found their way back - both in times of need or to stop by for a quick visit and to thank her for all she had done for them during their years in her care.

Debra has a love of camping and went every chance she got.  She also enjoyed the beach and the summertime; although, she also loved watching a good snowstorm.  However, her greatest love and joy of all was her grandkids and great grand daughters as they were who she truly lived for and she will be missed immensely by them all.

She will be most remembered for having a heart of gold and always wanting to help those in need, but most importantly for exemplifying what it truly meant to be a mother and grandmother who loved unconditionally and wholeheartedly.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Visitation Wednesday April 6,2022 from 6:00PM -7:30PM followed by a Memorial Service in the Alloway Funeral Home 315 E. Maple Avenue, Merchantville NJ 08109. Interment will be private.
