Dennis Bradley Finlay , a proud marine and Vietnam veteran, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2024, at the age of 78. Born on April 7, 1946, in Abington, Pennsylvania. He was the loving son to the late William and Margaret (nee Bradley) Finlay.  Dennis grew up as the youngest of three brothers. He graduated high school from Cardinal Dougherty before enlisting into the military. Dennis served in the United States Marine Corps in the 0351 infantry during the Vietnam War and was awarded many medals of honor including the National Service Defense Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Presidential Unit Citation, and Purple Heart to name a few.
After his service concluded, he returned home and attended Saint Joseph's University where he met his loving wife of 49 years, the late Charlotte Finlay (nee Wood). Dennis built a successful, lifelong career at Owen's Corning as a Northeast Regional Sales Manager, where he was known for his exceptional work and dedication.
Beyond his professional achievements, he was a devoted husband, brother, uncle, father, and grandfather. His family was and always will be the center of his universe, as he cherished every moment he spent with them.
Dennis is remembered for his compassion, bravery, strength, and unwavering commitment to both his country and those he loved dearly. He leaves behind a legacy of love and resilience that will continue to inspire his friends and family for eternity.

Dennis is survived by his children Dennis, Maire (Frank) Conicella, and Kayla, grandchildren Liam, Isabelle and Francesca, 1 brother James (Sylvia), brother-in- law Charles Woods and 2 sisters-in-law Stephanie Finlay and Rosemary DyReyes( Dr. Roberto).  Dennis was predeceased by his daughter Colleen and brother William.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at Christ the King Church in Haddonfield, New Jersey at 10:00 AM.  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery 2398 Marlton Pike W. Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.   In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, honoring Dennis's memory.
