Edwin R. Max, on January 18, 2024, age 73 years of Cherry Hill, NJ passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Ed was the son of the late Edwin and Marie Max.  He was born and raised in Pennsauken, NJ.  He was also predeceased by his daughter Donna Wolford.  Edwin is survived by his devoted wife of 24years, Alice, loving grandfather to, Amanda, Gregory and Andrew Wolford, 2 sisters, Joan (Bud) Wright, Marion Dillan, 2 brothers, David (Sharon) Max and Gary Max, along with many nieces, nephews, and great friends.

Ed worked in construction for many years and was proud to say he was part of the building of Resorts International Casino, in Atlantic City, NJ. In later years he worked for Cooper Hospital in Materials Management.  Ed was a true diehard Eagles fan since the age of 10.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing, Thursday, January 25,2024 beginning at 12:00 PM until 2:00PM in the Alloway Funeral Home, 315 E. Maple Ave., Merchantville, NJ 08109.  Prayer Service to begin at 2:00 PM followed by Military Honors. Interment is private.
