On November 9, 2020, age 69, of Pemberton, NJ. He was the beloved father of Michael (Jaclyn) and loving son of Eusebia Maria Blanquicet- Ortiz. He is also survived by 4 sisters Nidia, Alma, Elizabeth (Zach) and Michelle; 3 brothers Maximo (Beverly), Raul, and Tony (Iris) and may nieces and nephews. Detective Ortiz was a retired Lieutenant with the Atlantic County Prosecutors Office. Prior to that he was a Police Officer at Stockton State College. He enjoyed IT and computers but his greatest love was his "Baby" - his green mustang. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral on Monday morning from 9:00-11:00 AM in the Alloway Funeral Home 315 E. Maple Avenue Merchantville, NJ. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park Cinnaminson, NJ.
