Elizabeth Witkowski (Liz) age 61 of Colonia, NJ passed away on January 17, 2017 in Merwick Care Center. Born in New Brunswick, and raised in East Brunswick, she was the youngest of four children born to James and Louise Witkowski. She is survived by her loving family and friends that include her sister Rose Witkowski-Kolnhofer, her brother James Witkowski, several nieces and nephews, close friends with whom she resided Christa and Rob Cahill, their daughters Patricia and Bethany and three dogs Sable, Bear, and Mr. Beefy. She was predeceased by her sister Susan Witkowski. Liz was an avid reader and when she was not working she spent her mornings at Barnes and Noble with friends. Her funeral will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Peter's Medical Center New Brunswick or an Animal Rescue of your choice.
