On April 16, 2020 Irene Elizabeth Starzynski (nee Pepsin) passed away peacefully. She was a resident at the Cranbury Center Nursing Home in Monroe Township NJ for the past five years. Irene was 84 years old. She was born in Taylor Pennsylvania and spent most of her life in South River NJ. She is survived by her husband Benjamin and her beloved son Anthony and his wife Patricia of Cream Ridge. Irene was a loving Baci' to her two grandsons; Michael and Daniel Starzynski. She leaves behind a niece; Joanne and husband Larry Kay of South River and a very special grandniece Sharon Kay of East Brunswick.

Irene was a communicant of Saint Mary's of Ostrabrama Church in South River NJ.

Funeral services will be private. At a later date, the family will hold a private Memorial Mass at Saint Mary's of Ostrabrama Church in South River. Condolences can be posted at allowayfh.com
