On November 2, 2020, age 78, of West Collingswood, NJ. He was the beloved husband of Maxine Gay (nee Kalmowitz). He was the father of Bill (Erika) Sander and the late Eric Schmidt. He is also survived by a grandson Jordan Sander. Mr. Schmidt retired from the United States Postal Service. He was also a US Army Vietnam War veteran serving as a corpsman with the 28th GH VFGH. His Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery Arneytown, NJ.
