On July 3, 2016 age 84 of the Delair section of Pennsauken, NJ. He was the beloved husband of Carmela (nee DeMarco) and loving father of Dominic of Clementon, Bridget (Chris) Kehner of Pennsauken and Tara (Herb) Leary of Audubon. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren Samantha Kehner, Madison and Jonathan Leary and Dominic Barrett, Jr.; one brother Joseph Barrett. Mr. Barrett was a retired carpenter with Local #1489 Burlington and a US Army Korean War veteran. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Thursday morning at 9:00 AM in the Alloway Funeral Home 315 E. Maple Avenue Merchantville, NJ. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM in St. Peter Church Merchantville, NJ. Entombment will follow in Arlington Cemetery Mausoleum. There will be a viewing Wednesday evening from 7:00-9:00 PM in the funeral home.
