John Montrose 78 years old of Ripley New York, passed away on August 31,2026.  He was born in Pottstown, PA January 26, 1948.  He was the beloved husband of 27 years to his late wife Roberta F. Montrose. He is survived by his 2 sisters Debra Klimek-Lee of Egg Harbor Township and Mary Klimek Griffin of Colorado and a niece Jadyn Griffin.  

John retired from the New Jersey State Police as a Detective/Sergeant, spending 15 of his 20 years in the Criminal Investigation Field.  He operated ASK Investigations with his wife Roberta, following his tenure with the NJSP which specialized in enviornmental corporate investigations.  His vocation and primary passion in life centered on his relationship with God and ministerial responsibilities as one of Jehovah's Witnesses.  He was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on October 24, 1982

John will be laid to rest and the Camden County Veterans Cemetery.  Interment is private
