Luis Antonio Santos nickname "Duran ", 48, born on November 29th, 1975, of Ponce, Puerto Rico completed his journey on earth and transitioned to the presence of the Lord on March 4th, 2024, while surrounded by family and friends.

Luis was predeceased by his parents Diadina Torres and Anderson Santos. He is survived by his children, V'Angelise Santos, Veronica Santos, Luis Santos Jr; his brothers Richard Burgos, Ramon Burgos, Juan Burgos, Emilio Burgos; and sisters Sylvia Torres, Maria Burgos, Janet Burgos; as well as brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

Luis was known for his love of professional boxing. His ring name "Kid Duran," strongly suited his character, "Duran" meaning a firm, enduring fighter. In addition to his passion, Luis enjoyed watching The Eagles play football, spending time with his family, cracking jokes and making people smile. Luis shared faith in God and after fulfilling his days here on earth he has now returned home to God's kingdom. While Luis left us far too soon, the impact he had on our lives will live on forever.

Relatives and friends are welcome to attend his viewing Wednesday evening, March 13, 2024, from 6:00PM- 7:00PM in the Alloway Funeral Home 315 E. Maple Avenue Merchantville, NJ 08109.  Funeral Service will begin at 7:00PM.  Interment will be private.  Arrangements are under the direction of Roedel- Krause Funeral Home.
