Margaret A. Eckel (nee Callahan), On February 25,2022, age 77 years, of Beverly NJ, Beloved wife of the late William C. Eckel, loving mother of the late Lisa Cohen, Daniel Hinch, and Robert Eckel. She is survived by her loving children; Tara Howard, Margie Crawford, Rick Eckel, Kenneth Eckel (Kay), Theresa Eckel (Fran), and William Eckel (Dolly). Margaret was the devoted grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She Will also be missed by her brother, Paul Callahan and her 2 sisters, Rosemary Callahan-Hoskins (Ron), and Jayne Callahan-Moore.

Margaret was the owner and manager of several businesses, Step Inn, Wonder Inn, and The Silver Dollar, just to name a few, all located in Cramer Hill. Margaret then became a waitress for a bit and worked at GE. Margaret later in life graduated from Nursing School, BCIT- 1995 and enjoyed her career working at The Children's Home, Mt Holly and the New Lisbon Developmental Center. When Margaret wasn't working or raising her family she spent her time with such hobbies as, coin collecting & fishing, she loved Horseracing and her devotion to God and Church.

Relatives and friends are invited to her to her viewing and funeral Thursday, March 3, 2022, beginning at 9:30AM, in the Alloway funeral Home, 315 E. Maple Avenue Merchantville NJ 08109.  Funeral Service will begin at 11:00Am followed by her Interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Hainesport, NJ.
