On October 19, 2017, age 56, of Pennsauken, NJ. He was the brother of William Jackson of Bordentown, Robert Jackson, the late David Powell of Atlantic City, Debra Dougherty of Decatur, GA, Darlene Hunsinger of Woodbury, and Jacqueline Zubrzycki of Lindenwold. He was also the husband of Cecelia Powell (nee Murawski) and son of the late Irene Powell. Michael grew up in Thorofare, NJ on the farm where there were horses, cows, and crops. As a kid, Michael's favorite place was to be home on our farm or at Uncle Fred's Starlight Stables working the "Hackline" or taking horseback riders out on the trails. Throughout his life, Mike was an avid reader. He read all of the classics and there was not an author of distinction whose collections he had not read. He read on all subjects and was well versed in any discussion. While he was not flawless, he was a very generous man. Mike had a big heart and loved talking to people. He was proud of his Catholic faith and after a short time in the hospital, he passed away surrounded by family and those who loved him.
