Michael J. Russell, 38 years, of Cherry Hill, NJ was born in Camden, NJ on June 25th, 1984 to his parents Joseph and Patricia Russell. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 25th, 2023, joining his mother and sister (Karen Bugros) in their eternal home.

Mike attended Camden Catholic High School, where he was known for playing football and getting down on the dance floor. After graduation, he finally found his passion and became a chef, where he excelled and taught many others the love of cooking. In his free time Mike loved to fish and go bowling.
Mike is survived by his son, Michael Russell, Jr., his siblings, Joseph (Beverly) Russell, John (Eileen) Russell, and Kimberly Russell (Ricardo Ramos). Mike was a loving Father, Uncle, brother and friend. He will be forever missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing, Saturday, April 1,2023 at the Alloway Funeral Home 315 E. Maple Avenue Merchantville, NJ 08109 beginning at 10:00AM - 11:00AM.  Funeral Service to begin at 11:00AM.  Interment will be private.
