Neal M. Brown, 42 of Egg Harbor Township departed this life and into the arms of his Heavenly Father on October 22, 2024. Born in Mt. Holly, New Jersey, Neal lived for 28 years in Tabernacle, N.J.; then moved to Egg Harbor Township in 2005. He graduated from Shawnee High School, Class of 2001. He went to Kutztown University, Mercer County College, and Stockton University. He worked in the marina industry and later as a forklift driver building docks and bulkheads. Neal loved working on cars, off-roading, fishing, Philly Sports and being in nature! In his earlier days, he loved playing basketball, camping, hiking and skiing. Back issues and three spinal fusions later changed his ability to do many things. MOST of ALL, Neal loved being an extraordinary Father to his son, Chase Matthew Brown!!! There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for his son! It was both his honor and his joy to be Chase's Father! He was an extremely proud Father of the amazing young man Chase is and is becoming as well!
Neal is preceded in death by his loving Father, James J. Brown; both sets of Grandparents, William and Carol Kuhlman & James Brown and Rose Rommel; David Kuhlman, Willie Kuhlman and Jim Bird, uncles. Neal is survived by his mother, Kathryn Brown; sister, Meghann Brown; son, Chase Brown. Also, Chase's mother, Amber Collins; his aunts, Sally Volpe and Phyllis Bird; uncle, Kurt Kuhlman; cousins, Jonathan Bird, Jennifer Bird DellAngelo; Madison Kuhlman, Shane Kuhlman Kornmeir, and Max Kuhlman.
A service to celebrate Neal's life will be held Saturday, November 16, 2024. Visitation will be11:00 AM-12:00 Noon with the service at 12 noon and the repast following at Praise Tabernacle, 2235 Ocean Heights Avenue, Egg Harbor Township 08234. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the College Fund of Chase Brown, TD Bank, 399 New Road, Somers Point, NJ 08244
