R. Joyce Stiles of Cherry Hill, NJ passed away September 16, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was born in Kittery, Maine and lived in many places such as California and Panama before moving to Pennsauken. This was because her late father was in the US Navy as a Chief Petty Officer and they traveled to many places. She was predeceased by her parents Rosemary T. and George Bristle, III. She was born on October 25. (No year as she always believed people should never tell that because then people place you in a certain age category!) Joyce attended Merchantville High School where she was a majorette. She later attended LaSalle College for Accounting and worked several places including the IRS as a tax auditor, Labcorp (Roche), Banks and real estate offices. She is survived by her husband Frank Dunkleberger, daughter Alyse Stiles-Gick and grandson Justin Gick all of Cherry Hill. She is also survived by her sisters Elizabeth Bristle Bosco of Florence, Linda Castorino (John) of Crossville, TN, and Dolores Mortimer (Allen) and Shirley Celidonio both of Dunedin, FL. She was predeceased by her brother Bill (Chris) Saul. She also leaves behind her beloved sister-cousins Theresa Brown (Gary) of Audubon and Rosemary (Butch) Trexler of Hainesport; her godchild John Castorino, Jr. (Morgan) of MA; and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call 7:00-9:00 PM Friday evening in Alloway Funeral Home 315 East Maple Avenue Merchantville, NJ. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 10:00 AM in Mary, Queen of All Saints Parish (St. Cecilia's Church) Pennsauken. Interment will be private.
