On August 13, 2016, age 78, passed away peacefully at his home in Merchantville, NJ. He was the beloved husband of Stella (nee Gentile) and father of Jeffrey and the late Gregory Berg. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; a stepson Edward Haddad; 2 step grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren; 3 step great great grandchildren and one sister Susan Gilbert. He was predeceased by his brothers and sisters Charles, Jeanette, Margie, Frannie and John. Mr. Berg was a retired logistics instructor at Ft. Knox in Kentucky and a US Army Vietnam War veteran. He was also a Mason and a member of the Knoxville Scottish Rite. He was a quiet, caring, and compassionate man who will forever be remembered for his kindness to others. His Funeral will be private.
