On February 9. 2018, age 83, of Stratford, NJ. He was the beloved husband of the late Hazel (nee Urban) and father of David (Joyce), Kenneth, Mark (Gloria), Dale (Barbara Bonacci) and Nancy (Jeff) Mauer. He is also survived by four grandchildren Jeffrey, Douglas, and Matthew Mauer and Dylan Bonacci. Mr. Oklatner was a printer at Graphic Arts Inc. Philadelphia for over 40 years and served in the Army National Guard. His Funeral Service will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
