Samuel H. Hynson, age 88, of Browns Mills, NJ departed this life on May 13, 2019 with his wife and family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Bonnie J. Hynson; father of Samuel A. Hynson; stepfather of Frederick and Benjamin Levasseur; and adopted father of Steven Reyes and William Bragg. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Sam retired from various jobs throughout his life.  For many years he was a jazz musician and played with Count Basie and other big bands. He was also a US Army Korean War veteran serving in the 82nd Airborne Division. Sam will be cremated  and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
