On May 20, 2020, age 76, of Maple Shade, NJ. He was the beloved husband of the late Marie (nee Porter) and loving father of Denise Howey, Debra (Brian) Pleis, Dyann Grosso and Barbara (Eugene) Marshall. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter; two sisters Barbara Tucker and Carole Howey; one brother Richard (Bonnie) Howey; a sister-in-law Dolores (Jack) Leahy and a lifelong friend Stan Levin (Kathy Masterson). Mr. Howey was a self-employed contractor in the Maple Shade area for many years and an avid horsemen. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with his family on Wednesday evening July 29. 2020 from 6:00-7:00 PM in the Alloway Funeral Home 315 E. Maple Avenue Merchantville, NJ. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (Alz.org)
